You know when you find a brand that continues to design pieces you can’t get enough of? Well FRAME has been that for me lately. Denim has been a huge staple for my wardrobe lately and FRAME is without a doubt my number one. Not only is there denim amazing but they also have beautiful pieces to pair with the denim…like this top! Doesn’t this top remind you a bit of Jimi Hendrix or maybe even Jim Morrison? I think that’s my favorite part about it!
Also can’t get enough of these mules.
All in all let’s just say that this has been my favorite outfit to wear these days.

Plaid Coat for Fall

The weather is cooling down even more day by day and it’s really time to break out the coats! Plaid is and I think will always be a classic for fall. I love the statement it makes and it’s really the perfect print to pair with so many looks. Transitioning into fall, I am still wearing my graphic tees and they’re perfect under a comfy coat like this!
These little loafers have been another great fall go-to. I love the statement tassels! They’re so fun and unique! It’s great to have a site like Shoes.com to go to for so many shoe options!

On a side note, I am taking over the @downtownpdx instagram for the weekend, make sure to check it out here!

Turtleneck Season

After being in the desert last fall and then coming back to the NW again, I forgot how much I really love sweater weather. Turtlenecks have been a favorite of mine for a couple of years now and they continue to be! A good classic turtleneck is like the fall version of a white tee.
I also love paring black and blue together. I think it’s classic!
Whatever happened to the button up mini skirt? I’ve noticed that mini skirts are still in but I love the button up one! I think I want to start a mini mini-skirt collection…

I hope you’re all enjoying October so far! It’s been a busy month already and I started school up again last week (despite the cold I had been dealing with) Are you guys doing anything exciting this month?

My classic go to look lately has been any one of my pairs of vintage levis, a simple top and some good shoes. These new Two24 boots from Imelda’s and Louie’s are perfect for the cooler weather. I love how edgy they instantly make any outfit. They’d be perfect for a girly maxi dress too, basically any look for fall!
For those of you who are in Portland, make sure to head to Imelda’s and Louie’s on Hawthorne for the party they’re having! They’re giving a way a men and women’s pair from the new Two24 collection too….so these could be yours!! It should be a good time!

If you follow me on instagram, you probably saw some photos from a recent trip to Seattle! One of my childhood best friends got married in Orcas Island, so my boyfriend and I spent the day before in Seattle. I hadn’t visited in a couple of years so it was really fun to be back! I had seen Volunteer Park Conservatory in photos before and knew it was a place that we had to see. This place was even better than the photos. It brought me right back to the desert and I seriously could have stayed there all day. I couldn’t resist doing a little photo shoot as well! This was what I wore for walking around and exploring Seattle for the day. It’s been so nice wearing big, cozy sweaters. And there’s nothing like a backpack for when you’re traveling.
