Even though basket bags have been my latest go to these days, I love a good structured purse as well. Armadio always has the best bags too and this one is one of my new favorites. The square, structured shape makes it an interesting piece to match with summer dresses. Plus the two strap sizes makes it versatile to carry around the city with me as well.
I know it can be overwhelming when it comes to shopping for new bags and purses, but I would without a doubt recommend checking out Armadio! I have a a couple bags from there now and they’ve all be great quality and chic styles.
It’s been a crazy past few days! I graduated from college on Friday, spent the weekend with family, then drove with my dad from Portland to Las Vegas….I am pooped! I’m looking forward to spending the week in Vegas to relax and get back to blogging again. I can’t wait to share more with you guys!

Have you guys checked out Whimsy and Row’s latest Eco Collection?! You have to if you haven’t yet. It’s such a great way to get super cute clothes that aren’t bad for the environment either! They use deadstock fabric for their designs and don’t use any water in creating the pieces. There’s more info about the designs on their site…but I just wanted to give you guys a little reminder!
I’m loving this dress from their collection too. I love the color of the fabric, it has a fall feel but still seems summery. Dresses and cute shoes is pretty much my summer uniform. It’s easy and effortless, don’t you think so too? SO make sure and check out Whimsy and Row’s collection! And tell me what your favorite piece form their collection is too!

Anyways, I am off to the Portland Mississippi street fair so I hope you all have a great weekend!

Must Stay in LA: The Line Hotel

IMG_8675 IMG_8873 IMG_8874 IMG_8871 6L0A6307 IMG_8870 IMG_8728 6L0A6308

I just got back this weekend from an amazing trip to the desert! The last stop on the trip was one of my favorite cities ever, Los Angeles. I was lucky enough to stay at The Line Hotel which I have been dying to stay at ever since I first saw it in LA a couple years ago. The location is perfect since it’s in the heart of Koreatown and within walking distance of some really great shops. But one of the best things about the hotel is that on the 2nd floor is the cutest/coolest/sweeeeetest restaurants I have ever seen. Commissary is located in The Line Hotel and is a greenhouse! An actual greenhouse that you can eat and drink in…not to mention that just right outside there is a pool as well. Just the whole atmosphere is so incredible and relaxing and I didn’t want to leave.

I think it’s pretty obvious one of the best things about staying at The Line Hotel is, the view. My room had the most stunning view of the Hollywood Hills and I couldn’t stop myself from just staring at the window. It was amazing watching the sunset from my room and then snuggling in bed gazing over the Los Angeles city lights. It was a night I won’t forget.

The Line Hotel is a must stay if you are ever in Los Angeles! I honestly don’t have any complaints and I am counting down the days until I can go back.

#UODenim in Palm Springs!

I don’t have too much time to write out a blog post because I am currently in Los Angeles with my friend/photographer! We’ve already had SO much fun and seen some really amazing places. Palm Springs was our first stop and it was sooo cool. It was my first time there and I was mesmerized by all of the pastel colors and architecture. We ended up finding some really cool vintage hotels and of course they were the perfect backdrop for blog photos!
MORE TO COME FROM THIS AMAZING TRIP! I can’t wait for you guys to see!

Whimsy + Row Eco Collection

Portland has so many great little neighborhoods that are filled with cute shops and endless areas to walk around. Alberta is one of my favorites to just walk around and see what we can find. The Alberta Arts District is filled with street art and murals, it’s a great place in the city to get inspired. It was a fun day wandering around with photographer, Kiara Rose, and seeing what hidden gems we would run into. And there were a lot of them, especially some cool old cars!

This adorable top and skirt are pieces from Whimsy and Row’s new eco collection. The entire collection is eco friendly, no water was used in making the collection and they picked all of their fabrics from deadstock vintage fabrics. I love supporting companies that are trying to make a positive difference in the fashion industry and also make ADORABLE clothes while doing it! The entire collection is so cute, you have to check it out! This wrap skirt is definitely one of my favorite pieces. It’s such a soft fabric and great for dressing up for nights out or dress town with a graphic tee.
Make sure to check out the Whimsy and Row eco collection and let me know which piece is your favorite! And support healthier fashion practices!!
