A cropped jacket is such a great fall staple! They can be paired endless ways and are a bit lighter than going for a big overcoat. I love this one because it’s kind of fuzzy too! It would go perfect with a maxi dress and boots and of course a tee and some corduroy pants like I styled here! 
When it comes to sunglasses, I think a lot of people imagine them mostly just for the summer time but I have been surprised by how much I have been wearing my sunglasses this month! I’m going to make a confession.
These photos were actually taken over the summer during my trip to LA but I wanted to save them until now because they basically scream fall! Am I right?! 
Yes, this outfit is probably a little more summer appropriate, especially if you live in Portland like me. But there are lots of other places around the world that are nice and sunny and warm, so this one is for you guys as well!
Throw a pair of ankle boots with this outfit and a cute denim jacket and you have a complete fall look as well.
Now that I got that off of my chest, I want to introduce you guys to a brand that is totally drool worthy….Side Party. It’s so funny, but I still remember the first pair of black jeans I ever owned. Growing up, I was a tomboy and was involved in sports my entire life. Fashion wasn’t really a part of my world until I got into high school and became more aware of my personal style. When I first bought a pair of black jeans, I felt realllyyy rebelious for some reason. I had only ever worn classic blue jeans and having a black pair seemed like such a statement. Many years later, I don’t know what I would do without a classic pair of black jeans. They literally go with EVERYTHING and can be worn for casual day looks or for a night out. They instantly elevate an outfit and can make you look like you know what you’re doing when it comes to style. I love how comfortable these ones from Silver Jeans Co. are.
