The weather is warming up so that means it’s finally time to whip out those dresses! The thing I love most about dresses during the summer time is that they can be worn so many different ways. For me, I loveeee being able to wear dresses with sneakers because it’s a great way to stay comfortable and be able to walk around while still looking cute and cool for the summer weather.

This dress from the Alyssa x Petite Studio collection caught my eye the first time I saw it! Every little detail is so well thought out and interesting. The oversized puff sleeves, the buttons and the cut out back, this dress really is the perfect summer dress.

I wanted to share two ways of how I would wear it too. Comfort is so important to me and my personal style so my first reaction is to pair this dress with sneakers. These Adidas Yung-1’s are great too because they’re simple enough to pair with a variety of colors and prints. Converse would also work really well with this dress too.
But if you’re planning a night out or want to go for a more feminine look, the strappy heels are the way to go. I found this particular pair while thrifting in Reno last year for $3!!! I love when vintage styles come back so that you can recreate a trendy look for way less.

Anyways, that’s all I have today! Let me know which look you like better!!

What I wore: Dress: Alyssa x Petite Studio, Sneakers: Adidas Yung-1, Bag: Vintage (shop shoulder bags here), Heels: Vintage (Similar here or shop low strappy heels here)

I have a list of Airbnb’s that I hope to someday stay at and this particular one in Los Angeles had been on the list for awhile now. I first stumbled upon photos of this place on Pinterest a couple years back and I immediately fell in love with the decor. The airy space and modern details really bring this place together. The location was really close to a lot of great restaurants and shops and our host gave us a REALLY great guide and list of places to check out. Plus, it was really photogenic which is always a bonus when you’re a blogger 😉

This isn’t a sponsored post with Airbnb but I just really love staying in them lately over hotels! The spaces are usually curated and decorated so well and it’s fun staying at a local’s house to really feel like you’re a part of the place you’re staying at.

Also, if you’re planning a fun trip, RVshare is another fun place to look for RV rentals! They even have Airstreams!

I just wanted to share the listing with you all here:

This was one of the outfits I took on our Vacation in California and wore on our night out to get dinner in Palm Springs. These pants are one of the comfiest things I own in my closet currently. They’re super soft, cozy and literally feel like I’m wearing pajamas but I don’t look like it! I love pieces like that. Hidden comfort but still looking like I am putting in some effort. Nothing screams vacation mode like a good, comfy outfit.

Even though I have been drawn to more color lately, I will forever love pairing white and neutrals together. They mix and match so easily which is why I think I continue to collect pieces in that color palette. Plus they’re great for the warmer weather.

That’s all I have for today folks! I woke up early to take another Barre3 class and I’m feeling great! I think I am going to purposefully schedule myself for the early classes to get myself out of bed and start the day earlier than I normally do. I went to a 7:15am class today and it was hard getting out of bed but I felt so good once I had finished the class. READY TO CONQUER THE DAY!!!

What I’m Wearing: Tee: Vintage via Rawson, Pants: Nanushka (last season), Necklace: Wolf Circus, Bag: Doen (last year, sold out), Shoes: Mari Giudicelli, Sunglasses: Lucy Folk, Rings: Wolf Circus, Bracelet: Vintage

I want to start sharing more outfits on here than usual. Outfits that I might not necessarily share on Instagram but more exclusive to my blog.

This is just a simple go to look for me if I am running around town but still want to look put together. Graphic Tees are a staple for me and have been ever since I was in middle school lol I love how versatile there are and also COMFY AF. The graphic on this one is super cool too, I think it’s a vintage poster of some sort?

Anyways, maybe less words and more photos? We will see what happens. And if you’re reading this, thank you for still checking out my blog <3

What I’m Wearing: Tee: Acne Studios via Shopbop, Jeans: Khaite, Boots: Paloma Wool – Sold Out, Bag: Mlouye
