Teddy coats are back…back again! I am all here for it! To be honest, I wasn’t the biggest fan when they came back last year but when I finally found a big oversized one at H&M, I was instantly hooked! I have been wearing mine around the house for the past few days and it’s great for stomping around the leaves in when I have to take my dog Blu out for a walk. Then when I was browsing on Amazon one day (I swear Amazon is the online Target lol) I saw this Teddy Sherpa jacket from Levi’s and I knew I had to get it! If you didn’t already know, I am a HUGE fan of Levi’s. Pretty much all of the jeans I have are vintage Levi’s or a couple of the new wedgie fit… I love them. My dad actually had a Levi’s denim jacket with the sherpa on the inside and it inspired me a bit to get this jacket as well.
I thought I would share some of my favorite teddy coats from this season in case you’re still on the fence about it or if you love them too and are ready to get one yourself!

I love this teddy coat!! I hope it gets cold enough in Northern California this winter so I can justify it. Or maybe I’ll just have to go to Portland again… TOTALLY okay with that option!

This trend isn’t for me: if I’m planning on wearing a coat with a fuzzy texture that will pick up dirt and moisture easily I want to go all the way and just wear velvet. 😛 ig: mcg1832

I’m traveling to Iceland at the end of this month and this jacket is serious inspo! Might just get this before my trip even though I won’t get a lot of use from it living in LA. I have mixed feelings about these jackets. My cousin lent me her oversized teddy jacket and I felt so cool wearing it… but then I walked into a restroom, saw myself in the mirror and realized I didn’t look quite as cool as I thought I did… But after seeing this post I might give them another chance because it reminded me of how warm and cozy it was
