I’ve started to really find my style more in my 30s and realized what makes an outfit feel like “me”. I’ve always loved mixing prints, even back in high school when I first started my blog. Honestly, I think a big part of my love for mixing prints comes from Alexa Chung. Seeing her pair polka dots and animal prints, stripes with florals through the years has really had an influence on my style. And I’ve realized that when I wear more basic pieces, mixing prints is an easy way to make an outfit more interesting!
Ballet flats and mary janes are definitely trending and having a bit of a moment lately. But for some reason, I have always have a hard time finding ones that I love! They’re either not comfortable at all or I feel like they make my feel look HUGE! (I wear a women’s 10) I am very happy to say that I absolutely love these ones!! They didn’t give me any blisters at all when I first wore them and they are just so comfortable. Silver pieces are also having a bit of a moment and they’re another easy way to make an outfit more interesting. I think the little buckle/strap on these makes them a bit more edgy too. If you’re searching for a good pair of mary janes or ballet flats, I highly recommend these ones!
